It's always best to have some form of agreement in place about what is expected both from your Masjid and Masjid Go as a service delivery partner.

Please carefully read the terms and accept once you are happy to proceed.

1. Service Overview

By signing up for MasjidGo.com, you agree to subscribe to a templated website service designed specifically for masjids.

2. What’s Included

Your website will be based on a professionally designed template and includes:

• Customisation with your masjid’s colours, images, and text

• Editable content pages (e.g., prayer times, announcements, events)

• Hosting, technical maintenance, and ongoing platform updates

• Minor content changes upon request (e.g., updating prayer times,text on pages, images, or announcements)

Any additional functionality or custom features not part of the standard template will be quoted separately and must be agreed in writing before work begins.

3. Ownership

You, the masjid, own the website and its content. MasjidGo.com provides hosting and support services to ensure your website remains up-to-date and accessible. You’re not locked into our service beyond the agreed terms.

4. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel at any time with written notice.

• If you cancel:

• Your website will be turned off and removed from hosting.

• If you wish to transfer the website, we will provide a ZIP file containing your website content and structure.

• A buyout fee equal to the remaining balance of the contract will be required before we release the files.

5. Payments

• A one-time setup fee of £500, and

• Ongoing service either by:

• £40 per month with the 1 Year Plan, £30 per month with the 2 Year Plan, or £20 per month with he 3 Year Plan - renewed automatically after each term.

• All payments are non-refundable.

6. Support

The service includes:

• Hosting and platform updates

• Basic support for updating content

• Technical assistance for platform-related queries

Additional services outside the standard offering may incur extra charges.

7. Requirements

You will need to sign up to the following platforms:

• Amanahfy

• Stripe or PayPal or SumUp

8. Agreement

By proceeding to payment, you confirm that:

• You understand and accept these Terms & Conditions

• You are authorised to act on behalf of the masjid or organisation

• You agree to the pricing structure, ownership terms, and cancellation policy
